Order Processing

Orders placed after 3pm Eastern Standard Time are usually processed the next business day. If you need your order sooner than what these guidelines suggest, you can always fax us to see if we can meet your deadline. We are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs! We only retain a certain amount of inventory at a time. If your order can not be completed we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation.

Pricing

We do not mark up the shipping, and  handling charges. We are in the business of shipping and handling Acne Care and Anti Aging Skin Care Products; we will not charge you "extra" for the privilege. When shopping for our products online, be sure to take in to account the following:

• Day of week
• Time of day
• Weight (Shipping weight, not product contents weight.)
  

As these factors contribute to cost and the time orders are shipped.

Return Policy

Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All  returns should be in original  packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. be unused and resalable as new. Returns to Golden Gate Outlet of  merchndise before 30 days from the invoice date from Golden Gate Outlet to the purchaser are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Golden Gate Outlet will not accept returns of after 30 days.
